Note:( About the rattling sounds )There may also be rattling sounds caused by the valve and the partition plate hitting each other. This is a normal characteristic of the Fan Clutch. 

As time goes by, inside, a layer of silicon oil and lubricants will apply itself which will result in the fan clutch to go into a freewheeling mode of operation as it is commanded by the ECM which will normalize fan speed and the rattling will subside.

DO NOT return the Fan Clutch for noisy operation unless there is a trouble code fault caused by the Fan Clutch operation or its function.
